I have hired Dale Bernstein on numerous occasions. He has always been fair and straight to the point. I was prompted to write this review based on the reviews that I read on this site. People are complaining about the fees and Mr. Bernstein's "bedside manner" if you will. First of all the hourly rate is the standard for this area. Secondly, Mr. Bernstein does not "sugar coat" anything, if he feels that he cannot help you, he will tell you just that. I find that a good quality in an attorney. The last thing that I would want is to throw money at false hope. Mr. Bernstein will tell you exactly what he believes that he can do for you, not what you believe can be done for you and in my opinion that is why people have put negative reviews on here. I recommend Dale Bernstein to all of my friends.
